LitePlacer upgrade kit for automatic nozzle change

This kit upgrades your LitePlacer v1 for better nozzles, automatic nozzle change and improves the pickup tube rotation. The new nozzles also have much smaller wobble.

NOTE: This is an update kit for previous models. If you are buying the current kit, it has this already; there is no need to buy any upgrades.

You'll get:

• Nozzle holder
• Six SMD nozzles,Samsung CP40 type, sizes N045 (1.0 * 0.45), N08 (1.5 * 0.8),  N14 (2.2 * 1.4), N24 (4.0 * 2.4), N40 (6.2 * 4.0) and N75 (9.0 * 7.5) (nozzle tip outer/inner dia. in mm’s)
• Nozzle adapter, spring loaded
• New pickup tube
• Better bearings for the tube
• Rotating tube connector
• Extra spring, nylon washers and shaft collars to allow lighter downward force.

Nozzle holder:

The holder consists of the aluminium bottom plate, three stainless steel plates magnets (for holding the nozzles in fixed place) and hardware.

These are shown here installed. The new tube, nozzle adapter and connector is a heavier combination  than the previous one. You might want to use a lighter down force than the new combination allows, so there is a spring adjustment for both heavier and lighter direction. I ended up using neither.
