The pump holder is either a 3d printed bracket or a commercial FFS102 part. Screw M5-8 bolts with washers and extrusion nuts to the holder. Slide the extrusion nuts to the slot in the right back post and fix the vacuum pump to the post. The pump orientation does not matter. Depending on how you are going to arrange your wiring, you might want to mount it other way around.
Also note, that your kit one of two types of holder. A metal part fits over te plastic portion of the pump, as illustrated below. A 3D-printed part goes over the metal section of the pump.
