How much weight can the nozzle lift

Hello,

I am working on a project and I am concerned about the objects I need to place being to heavy. What Is the maximum amount of weight the largest nozzle(or which ever nozzle can lift the most) can lift?

That depends on the object surface structure. Since the lift is done with vacuum, how good seal is formed makes a big difference. Using a solid steel block, 50-70 gram weight lifts up reliably and can be moved with usable speed.

If this is not enough, stronger vacuum would improve it. The supplied pump is small. It is strong enough for electronics components and clearly the least noisier of the pumps I tried when selecting the one that got to the kit, but doesn’t form particularly strong vacuum. Further, some customers have designed a special pickup tool when they have used the machine to move other than electronics (there is a M5 thread in the pickup tube). The Z motor is stronger than the frame, you’ll get a few kilograms of force before the frame starts to visibly flex.
