Frame, Step 12: Attach Support Plate Mount Bracket

To prevent the plate from vibrating, it needs to be fixed to the table. To prepare for that, attach a HBLSS5 bracket (short side hole) to the plate with a M5-12 bolt. (The image is missing the flanged bearing, sorry about that):
